  It has been a pleasure dealing with the staff at Amherst Orthodontics for the last two years. Our (now) 14 year old has received professional, and ever-so-supportive care from Day 1. Drs. Deb and Diane, the assistants, and the front office staff have been great. The van service to/from school and other incentives have made this about as easy an experience as anyone could reasonably expect. Thanks to all.

  When it turned out that no one could pick my daughter up from school to take her to her appointment, I called the office to apologize and reschedule... Michelle said "Wait, I think I can go get her... Souhegan High School, right? Yeah, I can do that!! Tell her to watch for a Mini Cooper!!" Not only was I blown away that the office manager could just leave the office and go pick up my kid (stranded because of OUR poor planning...) but that she was so willing to do it and that she had a Mini Cooper!! (I asked her to pick ME up instead, for lunch, but she went and got Chloe so she didn't miss her appointment!!) Wow... I would call that OUTSTANDING customer service!! Thanks again, Michelle!!
