There was minimal wait time and even when you were waiting they reassured you that someone was coming. They answered all my questions and were personable. They also like to change appointments then act like that was your appointment all along. Basically they are untrustworthy. Update - this is my yelp review I just posted These people are so pathetic. First, between emailing calling and texting me to remind me of my appointment it must have been 10-12 times. Come on, that is very excessive. Then they wanted me to reschedule my appointment for 15 minutes earlier which I couldn't do,then they rescheduled the next week, then changed that to another time then finally cancel my $#%*(%$ appointment.
