  I have tried using the walmart app to refill prescriptions because due to my work schedule it is much easier than calling them. The last THREE times I have refilled my prescription using the app they do not fill it. I end up having to take time to call a few days later and request it. Every time I mention I requested it with the app and they act like they don't have the request even though I see it on the app. Not only does this delay the prescription days, it's also a huge inconvenience. Also, when the confirmation from the app says there are no more refills left and the pharmacy will call the doctor they NEVER actually do. I've waited three or more days to call my doctor's office to see the status of the request and every time they say they never received anything from the pharmacy. I have yet to deal with a pharmacy this terrible and slow. I shouldn't have to be without my prescription because the workers aren't doing their jobs.
